I was betrayed by my friends.
Good friends I thought, not knowing
they were wolves in sheep clothing
Friends wounded me,
Friends almost killed me.
Still, I never thought any evil about them
Friends showed me the good side and the bad side of life.
I learnt my lesson in a had way
But,
I know a friend
Whose patient never fails
A friend in sickness and a friend in health.
My best friend lives in my home
and her presence brings me joy.
